City of Aurora is giving out Home Exterior Grants!! - Perfect Exteriors

Here’s what you need to know.
They will start reviewing applications starting on March 15 2025 and they will approve applications until;
1. They run out of funds
2. or, program end date of December 31st 2025

What does this program do?
It provides a one time funding to help residents of Aurora with a reimbursement once you complete your home project, pay out to your contractor and can provide Aurora with your paid in full invoice. They will then notify you if your project is approved and the approved amount (up to $1,000). They will then send you a W-9, which must be completed and returned to the City of Aurora so they may dispense any funds to you.

What is this reimbursement program for exactly?

Any projects that will beautify the outside of your home! Whether its Paint, Wood Repairs, Windows, Door or Window Screens, Siding Repairs, Fascia of Soffit Repairs. Anything that affects the exterior presentation of your home.

Who can apply to take advantage of this program?
Anyone who meets the total household income at, or below the 2024 US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Income Limits shown in the table below:
